1. How long does a job stay posted?
All jobs remain active for 1 month, unless otherwise deleted
by the Employer.
2. Will I receive a reminder that my job is expiring?
Yes, An email will automatically be sent 7 days before a job
is set to expire.
3. When I purchase a plan, or upgrade, may I post jobs
right away?
All planning and upgrade purchases require validation by the
Administrator. Validations are typically carried out within
24 hours if payment is made using PayPal. If paying by Certified
Cheque or Money Order validation will be carried out once payment
is physically received and deposited.
4. How do I find pricing?
Once you register for your Free account, all pricing is available
within your account options.
5. Can I be notified if a candidate
registers who may be qualified for my job(s)?
Yes. The Resume Mail Agent
will send you an email on a daily or weekly baisis
(your choice) if a candidate registers with criteria in
their resume that matches
criteria as outlined in your job posting.
6. Are featured Companies always displayed?
Featured Companies are displayed randomly, but in order of
registration and descending date.

Featured Jobs are displayed randomly, but in order

8. Is all of my company information available to viewers in
my job postings?
You may "Hide" some or all of your company
information if you like. Simply specify your preference when
you post a job. You may go back and modify those preferences
at any time.
9. Can I display my company logo?
Yes. You may upload your company logo to accompany your profile
in a .gif or .jpg format with the following specifications:
maximum image width - 135 pixels, maximum image height -
75 pixels, maximum image file size - 15 KB
10. I purchased an upgrade, but it doesn't show in
my account?
All upgrades need to be validated by the Administrator, then
you must click "Upgrade" within your account for
the new upgrade features to be available to you. If you paid
for your updgrade by certified cheque or money order the Administrator
needs to receive and deposit your payment prior to validation.
If you use PayPal your validation will be much quicker.
11. When my jobs expire, does my account
expire?
No. You will be notified 7 days prior to your job expiring
and you may continue to use your account regardless of job
status.
12. I purchased an upgrade and paid
by mailing a certified cheque (or
money order), why is my upgrade taking
so long?

13. Does viewing
a resume count as a consult?
No! You may view as many resumes as you like. A consult counts when you click
on the resume to view the personal information to contact the Jobseeker. This
counts whether or not you actually contact the Jobseeker at that point.
