This information will be requested, typically through registration as either a Jobseeker or Employer and it may be used for a credit check (in the case of a new client), billing, notices where required and any other normal correspondence required for the normal course of business as requested by the client through their engement of Banffjobs.com™ services.

Emails from Banffjobs.com™
From time to time Banffjobs.com™ will contact you by sending an email to the email address you used to register your account. This is to notify you of changes, upgrades, specials and anything pertinent regarding Banffjobs.com™ and the service it provides to you as a member. This may also include information about new features or services being offered by Banffjobs.com™ and its parent company, Banff.com™ Inc., and associated Banff.com™ partners. You may at any time opt-out of any of the Banff.com™ email lists by going to the related site as noted in the email and request that you be removed from the list.

Jobseeker Registration
When you register as a Jobseeker, you will be asked to provide some personal information including (but not limited to) Name, Address, Phone Number and email address. You will have the option to HIDE this from Registered Employers wishing to contact you for their job positions or SHOW it to Employers so they may contact you as a potential job candidate. If you choose to HIDE your personal information, Employers can still send you an email, but they are unable to see the email address it is going to.

You may update or alter this information at any time by logging in and making and saving these changes. You may also delete this information by deleting your account at any time. When this is done the information is no longer in the system except for any previous backup copies of the database files which are kept in accordance with normal business practices and over time are deleted as new ones are made.

Employer Registration
When you register as an Employer, you will be asked to provide some information about your company and also personal information for the company contact including (but not limited to) Name, Address, Birthdate, Phone Number and email address. You will have the option to HIDE this from Registered Jobseekers wishing to contact you to apply for your advertised job positions or SHOW it to Jobseekers so they may contact you to apply for your posted jobs. If you choose to HIDE your information, Jobseekers can still send you an email, but they are unable to see the email address it is going to.

You may update or alter this information at any time by logging in and making and saving these changes. You may also delete this information by deleting your account at any time. When this is done the information is no longer in the system except for any previous backup copies of the database files which are kept in accordance with normal business practices and over time are deleted as new ones are made.

Resume Mail Agent
If you choose to use the Resumemail Agent you will receive a daily or weekly email (your choice) of Jobseekers who have registered and have resume criteria that match your Job criteria. You may deactivate/reactivate this feature from your account at any time.

Jobmail Agent
If you choose to use the Jobmail Agent you will receive a daily or weekly email (your choice) of registered Employer Job postings whose Job criteria match your Resume criteria. You may deactivate/reactivate this feature from your account at any time.

All information collected at Banffjobs.com™ is confidential and is treated and stored as such. Only Banffjobs.com™ and it's employees (including contracted service suppliers) have access to this information and may use it only for the purpose of providing service as requested by registration for Banffjobs.com™ services, either Jobseeker or Employer.

Contact Form/General Inquiries
Any information submitted through our Contact form, or received by direct email, will be protected as outlined in this policy and used to carry out to the best of our ability the request or question made by the applicant. This may include follow up email, phone calls and subsequent contact (ex. advertising rates, affiliate programs, details that require research, etc.).

Cookies
Banffjobs.com™ uses Cookies. Some cookies are created for the language (English), some for the affiliate ID and one for the Session ID. The Session ID cookie is removed when the user logs out.

IP Address
IP (Internet Protocol) addresses are collected for statistics and for potential restriction of access for certain users to the site through the Exclude IP Address List. The IP address is also recorded at the time of registration and sh0ows up in your account information.

In the case where Banffjobs.com™ hosting services are provided by a third party provider, personal information relating only to that account may be provided to the hosting provider only for the purpose of identifying the account.
