By using this website you agree not to hold Banffjobs.com™, it's parent company Banff.com Inc., it's employees, Directors or shareholders responsible in any way, shape or form for any loss incurred through the use of this site. You agree that the nature of this service is to bring Employers and Jobseekers together at which point their relationship supercedes the involvement of Banffjobs.com™.

All Users
Use of this site by anyone, registered or not, for any illegal purpose, collection of information not directly related to applying for or posting jobs in the specified areas and for the intent of marketing/promoting other services will result in immediate termination of accounts and appropriate legal action as warranted.

Employers
This site is specific to the resort town and resort areas surrounding Banff, Alberta. To keep the Employment offers specific to this audience postings and solicitations for employment outside of these resort town areas will not be kept on the site. Banffjobs.com reserves the right to delete any accounts and postings that do not serve the areas above and will remove them without notice.

Membership
By joining Banffjobs.com, you agree to receive emails from parent company Banff.com and partners which may include Banffjobs.com and Banffholidays.com. At any time you may request to not receive any of these emails by simply following the directions from any of the emails received. It is the intent at all times of Banffjobs.com to bring members valued information about Banff and services for Banff, but to respect the privacy and wishes of all members and subscribers.

Indemnity
The Client (Jobseeker and/or Employer) will not hold Banffjobs.com™, or any of its suppliers, partners, directors, shareholders or employees responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever for any damages, claims, incidents, repercussions, loss of business, third party claims, relating to any Banffjobs.com™ services, published materials, email service, web service, associations caused by:
o interruptions, errors, omissions, oversights, power outages, computer failures, data line failures, backup failures, unauthorized access to records, virus attacks, theft, delay in operation or transmission
o any third party failure, incident or termination of service
o data submitted to any websites or hosting systems
o claims arising from the sale of services or products through the client's website to their customers
The Client understands the nature of the internet, multiple dependence and accepts the associated conditions.

The Client agrees not to publish or post illegal materials, pornographic materials, offensive materials, anti-semitic materials, hate mongering materials, prejudiced materials via any of the purchased services or carry out illegal activities via the same systems and services.

Banffjobs.com™ and applicable laws will be the judge of unsuitable content of this nature that may violate the above guidelines.

Banffjobs.com™ will not monitor or control content stored on and served from the servers, or the activities carried out within. This is the sole responsibility of the Client and they are responsible as such at any time.

The client agrees not to use any of the services for the use of spam email or any other activity aimed at mass sales, solicitations or privacy act violation.

Copyrighted Materials
The Client agrees to assure that any and all materials used on Banffjobs.com™ listings must be free of any copyrights and/or restrictions and must have full rights to use them in the requested manner.

The Client acknowledges this responsibility and in no way will hold Banffjobs.com™ responsible for any breach or issues arising from this.

Payments
The Client agrees to provide all payments as per the agreed terms or all services will be suspended and/or terminated at the discretion of the supplier.

The Client agrees that any purchased services are non-transferable and may not be re-sold, traded or modified in any way shape or form.

All purchases are final with no refunds. Prices and plan features may change at any time without notice.

The Client agrees to ensure that their personal computers are supplied and maintained with current anti-virus and firewall protection software where applicable. Banffjobs.com™ will not be held liable for any damages arising/resulting from the loss of data, files, services or other resulting from unauthorized access or virus infections to systems via the users own workstations and computers.

Cancellations / Terminations
Banffjobs.com™ Planning and Upgrade terms are final once purchased. To cease service the Client may let their account and listings expire and choose not to renew or they may delete their account at any time from the system without refund.

The Client acknowledges that all files and materials will be deleted upon either cancellation or termination as a result of breach.

Past/Present/Future
All parties acknowledge the validity and applicability of this contract being valid for any subscription and/or purchased services from the past as well as present and future including renewals.

Any breach of this contract shall, at the discretion of Banffjobs.com™, be a ground for termination of this agreement without any refunds. Further action may be taken depending on the severity of the breach.

Additional Terms and Conditions must be agreed to at the time of registration. The client agrees to view these and agree to them at the time of their account registration.
